Design 22 Methodology

 

1. We will meet up with you to understand your design requirements, budget and and acknowledge the physical location and social context of the project.
 

2. We will ensure that your brief is effectively and thoroughly interpreted for us to create a concept and space plan for you.
 

3. We will create designs that adhere to code and regulatory requirements and encourage the principles of environmental sustainability.
 

4. We will present our design proposal through floor layout and 3D visuals until we reached to your final approval.
 

5. On final presentation, we will present the approved design concept, project costing and project milestone.
 

 

The next phase will be Project Management, we can either help you appoint your contractor or we could give you the Design & Build package right from the start.
